2026 CCC Membership Information, Requirements, Dues & Fees

*A $75 Clean-Up fee is added annually to all memberships. Rebates for the fee apply if an adult family member contributes 5 hours to one of the clean-up days (or an eligible volunteer duty). A check will be mailed (no credits to other items).

New/First-Time Members: New to the community? First year at the CCC? No problemo! Our 2026 summer temporary non-voting memberships are perfect for dipping your toes in before doing a cannonball to experience the magic of our community. Or annual memberships for those ready to dive in for a long-term investment. Join today and pay the application fee (information below) to start your 2026 CCC membership process.

Follow the steps below to slide into the CCC waitlist application process with style and flair:

• Hit the Membership Application Splash Zone: Click the “Add to cart” button below “Application Fee” or head over to our Membership Application and click on the “Add to cart” button on the membership page. Note: You must apply using the online registration form. Emails and phone calls are not accepted for application purposes.  

• Pay the non-refundable $50.00 Membership application fee: As part of initiating into our pool paradise, all new/first-time members must pay the application. Think of it as an investment in endless summer fun! It’s quick, it’s easy, and it will be over faster than a game of “Marco Polo!” 

• Wade into Follow-Up: Watch your inbox once you’ve paid the application fee. You will receive an email confirmation that payment was made. 

• Ride the Wave of Membership Applications: Hang tight as your application rides the wave through our system. We process applications in the order they’re received, so sit back, relax, and let the anticipation build! Families typically remain on the waitlist until April 15 of the coming season. 

• Mark Your Calendar for April 15: April 15 isn’t just tax day – it’s also the magical date when we start filling spots in our pool paradise. Prepare to make a splash because summer fun is just around the corner! Applications are date/time-stamped and will be processed in the order they are received. Unless otherwise noted, they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability as of April 15. 

• Keep Your Goggles Handy: As we approach April 15, prepare your goggles and swim cap. We’ll be in touch with updates on availability and next steps. You’ll receive a follow-up email with all the instructions for completing a trial membership.
